SmartST Map Roads missing

I've now recieved my PIN 570 unit it looks good but although the units GPS is working and my location is known there are no roads being shown other than A Roads or Motorways.

I was expecting that I would be able to zoom in and see the road where I live.

Have I done something wrong, any advice would be really great.

All sorted the unit was faulty, now I'm going to try again. The maps were missing in different zones of the country and the activsyn system did not work every time.

I do have to say that the guy at NAVMAN customer services was very helpful a chap called Hugo.

Fingers crossed that the new one is 100%.
