Microsoft Compact Framework ver. 2

Has anyone succeeded in loading MS CFv2 on their Navman Pin 570?

This is needed to run many of the new software packages but my 570 refuses to load it either via activesync or using the .cab. MS say that some early PPC 2003's might have a problem but the ROM revision date on my Navman is 20050531 - which doesn't sound very early to me.

At the moment I'm trying to run the new version of the WiFiFoFum wireless access point finder but it needs CF2. Perhaps a ROM update would help; does anyone know of one for the Pin 570?
