What's the best SatNav software for walking the Countryside? (Fugawi?)

This is a discussion on What's the best SatNav software for walking the Countryside? (Fugawi?) within the PIN Series forums, part of the Navman category; Anyone recommend a good 'off-road' SatNav software? TomTom seems to have a walking option but I've researched though ...

Default What's the best SatNav software for walking the Countryside? (Fugawi?)

Anyone recommend a good 'off-road' SatNav software? TomTom seems to have a walking option but I've researched though not used 'Fugawi' which says it uses UK OS maps & 3D fly throughs (!).

Need to have good maps with paths on.

Any views gratefully received...
