hard to find an ipaq 4150 in shops

i have search all over my area for one of these in the shops but cant find one .not even pc world, dixons, currys, comet, ect ..
in the end i had to buy one from ebay ..you would think they would be more avalible than they are ..does anyone know how long they have been on the market ?

They have been out for a while now i have one :-) , hmm dont know HP must not be able to supply as much as needed, think we have some not sure.
