I am new to the world of pocket PC`s and sat nav so could anyone help with a specific question.

I have an IPAQ1930 that I bought new from www.totalpda.co.uk, but it was replaced a few days later by total pada as the screen broke.

I had it all working and the sat nav running fine before the screen went kaput. The problem I have is that I seem unable to reinstall my copy of TOMTOM on the replacement machine.

When I start the set up (as per the instructions) I get the message "Activation Failed" I have managed to reinstall manualy from the add/remove programs options in active sync but when I enter my code from the cd into the TomTom web site the device code given on their site differs from the code displayed on my screen!

I am confused and need help! All I want to do is reinstall my software on the unbroken IPAQ!

Due to TomTom restrictions you will not be able to activate another device code until 7 days after you first activated the software. You can visit www.ttcode.com then click on the HELP link at the bottom of the page to go through to TomTom's site to contact them or you can call them on 0845 161 0009.
