Default Old subject - New thread... Java ???

Please can someone recomend a site or program (preferably free, but I am willing to pay a reasonable fee) that will enable me to view Javascript on my ipaq.

My works web homepage/intranet uses alot of java applets and without being able to view them on my ipaq it is a bit of a waste of money.

Any help appreciated.
Thanks
Andy

I have had no problems running javascript with my pocket pc, i think it ran java script out of the box

there is a program called Jeode that should alow u to run java applets which came with a lot of iPAQs u might be lucky and find it on ur support cd
i've not used it but i have been told it's good and has an internet explorer plug-in

It isn't on my companion CD, but I have read about the Jeode software before. The only place I can find to download it is Handango. The download on the Handango website is for Pocket PC 2002. Unfortunately it costs $49, however I am thinking about buying it. (Unless anyone wants to send me a copy !)

Before I do can anybody confirm for what version of Pocket PC my HP 2210 is running? I'm pretty sure it has Pocket PC 2003. The data under in the asset viewer says "Windows CE 4.20". I purchased it new in Feburary this year.

Would an application designed for PPC 2002 run OK on PPC 2003?

CE 4.20 should be 2003 according to http://www.cewindows.net/wce/versions.htm . Under normal circumstances an app from 2002 should work on 2003 but there will always be exceptions which this might turn out to be.
