Fujitsu-Siemens Loox N560 replacement

I bought this in January 2007. The screen has just broken (probably too expensive to repair) and I need a replacement. At the time, there was nothing else that had all the features I want - 3.5" VGA, Windows Mobile, Bluetooth, built-in GPS, SD card, WiFi. It seems there is still nothing comparable. Any ideas?
