Hp22210 Battery problem

My Ipaq 2210 is only 2 months old. I left the bluetooth on and the battery has become very low. I have left it charging overnight but the battery is not charging. Has anyone got any ideas or is the battery done.

Could be a faulty battery. Have you checked it's installed OK and the battery compartment door is secured?

Hi Charlie. The Charging light is flashing on and off. I have also checked the battery connections and the door, they seem fine.

If it is the battery how do I go about getting a replacement as I purchased the unit from Total Pda at end of April 2004.

You would need to go through HP on 0870 842 2339, select option 1, 3 and then 4 to get straigth through to their PDA support team.
