Newbie - buying advice?

Firstly thanks for providing the forums - a very interesting and useful read, and refreshing to find forums not full of bitching and flaming!

Anyway I'm new to the PDA world and am after a bit of advice. My friend has an HP 5550 which seems great, but is also a little on the expensive side for me. They have bought a Navman GPS for it, not sure of the model but looking at it I'd say its the Navman 3400. I was wondering if anyone knew if any other PDAs would fit it, as they've promised me a borrow of it should i ever need it? I was looking at the HP 4150 as my requirements are for a PDA with bluteooth and w-lan, but i'm interested in finding out about all other value-for-money options that may fit this GPS

Most if not all of the 3XXX series iPAQs fit the Navman GPS jacket....those iPAQs can be had for a reasonable price these days either second hand or refurbished. Have a look @ http://www.totalpda.co.uk/Compaq-iPAQ-H3970.aspx .
