 Activesync won't!
Anybody know how to get Activesync working on a PDA that worked until a couple of days ago. Cradle is fine,PC is fine Activesync on PC is fine. All these work with another Compaq IPAQ 3870 running PC 2002. The duff one is upgraded to 2003, which was a big and expensive mistake as it was done to improve Bluetooth stability and didn't. However, until last week both were working fine and both syncd with PC okay with all data from Outlook being combined etc. The PC acknowledges the PDA being put in to the cradle but Activesync icon on toolbar stays greyed out. Manual start Activesync on PDA tap Sync and it just goes to connecting screen but nothing else happens then it goes to not connected screen.
If you can't get Activesync to work in the first place how do you repair it on the PDA? PC is running XP.
PS Activesync was 3.7 now 3.7.1 no different. |
