which pda can i use with memory map

Hi, i am looking to purchase a used pocket pc/pda that i can use with memory map. I know i need a intergrated gps and i think minimum windows 2003 . No other special features as i will be using it just for memory map . I just need a couple of choices to go on . Thanks
