speaker fault on 2210 or ?

I have a 2210 and since I got it working with a bluetooth headset ( using Kai's program and a registry tweak) the speaker seems to be cutting out and distorting. has anyone else had this problem? Is it the tweak or is my speaker knackered?

I don't think a reg tweak could mess up your speaker but you never know. Backup your iPAQ and hard reset and see if it's still the same (hard reset should clear any tweaks you added). If it is the same and it's still in warranty contact HP.

tried that and it looks like a faulty speaker so I will get onto HP my pda is only one month old. I backed up like you said with active sync, now it wont let me restore as it sys I have an invalid device -some backup software that is! 3 minutes after the backup and it won't let me restore
