Question Me again with a noob SURF question

Hi (Charlie?)
Just got on line with my new bluetooth phone. I was connected (using 'opensurf' - what ISP would u recommend for occasional use?), but when i try to navigate using Internet Explorer, I cannot get into any site. I get the message: "Forbidden. Access denied by access control list"

what am i doing wrong please???

Thanks for all the help so far.
Paul

Hi paulyspy, the only thing I can find on this error is @ http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=316699. Are you looking for broadband or dialup access?

thanks. I simply want to be able to go online via my bluetooth mobile occasionally (this will be dial up, not broadband right??) .... I had/have no idea how to go about it - just got it to dial the "Opensurf" pay as you go number. It said connected, but no sites as I said before. Is there an idiots guide somewhere for what I'm looking for?? I haven't even phoned my mobile company or the ISP to ask them... should I?
