Video conversion on WinCE

I have a device with WinCE 5.0 on it and I'm trying to find a video conversion utility for WinCE but without success. I need to convert video files from my camera to take less space on the SD card when I'm on the road and not near PC.

Is there a program for that? Please remark that I do not want to convert video FOR PocketPC but to start a video conversion ON PocketPC, and later to watch video on normal PC.
