I've installed it on 3630 before, its best to have it with 128MB CF card yes, although i did actually manage to get it on just the ipaq by itself by removing all the other programs i had on there, although it didn't run to well that way, and could only have one small map on!

always put the map data on a storage card, and install the application on the PDA it runs alot better that way.

Yes i would definately advise against trying to cram it all on, mine crashed a lot when i did that as it had pretty much no free memory!

It was annoying though as at the time i had a CF GPS receiver, so i had to buy a DUAL CF jacket to enable me to have the GPS and storage at the same time!

The product is really excellent though!

Yes you will need a CF jacket and a CF card....128MB is probably the minimum size you should get as UK maps are about 101MB.
How about http://www.totalpda.co.uk/ for your online shop?
Have a look @ http://www.totalpda.co.uk/Compact-Fl...sion-Pack.aspx for a jacket to fit your iPAQ and http://www.totalpda.co.uk/product4366_311.aspx for a 128MB CF card.
