Question To do lists on laptop

Hello,
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to view my 2210 calendar or to do lists on my laptop. I have the usb cradle and can use infra red also. My boss has an old Palm (green screen) and she can do it, then print tasks on the office printer.
Any ideas??
Steven.

You need to synchronize the TASKS on your iPAQ with TASKS in Outlook.

Thanks Charlie. I use Lotus Notes at work - do you know if it's possible to synchronize with notes just like Outlook? I understand notes is Lotus and not MS.

I'm sure you can use Intellisync with Lotus. Check http://www.intellisync.com/ .
