Default Active Sync Disabled Help Required

Mio P550
I inadvertently pressed disable on the network icon box in the bottom right of my desktop while trying to connect the Mio via ActiveSync, since then I haven’t been able to get the two connected ... is it something simple?

Thank you
Ray
