Batteries

Can anyone tell me how long the batteries should last if the PDA is off?

I turned mine on the other day (5550) after it having lain up plugged for two or three days only to find the main battery completely drained. Is this normal?



Also when I plug my PDA into the docking station it automatically switches its self on, even if I turn it of again it will turn its self on again and stay on, is this normal?

I’ve search my help file to no avail.

Dave, do you have reminders, alarms on your PDA? this is a cause for your PDA to loose battery power faster even if the PDA is turned off.
