Whats the best way to go....

Hello Everyone.
Just a quick question for you all.
I am buying a new PDA, and have 4 in choice.
Dell X3i
Fujitsu/Siemens Loox 420 ( I love the look of this one)
HP IPAQ H2210
HP IPAQ H4150.

Which one would you take and why, and which is the best way to go. 2210 with seperate Wifi card (I need wifi) or the others with integrated Wifi..

I just need a bit of advice so I can narrow down the choices.
The Dell and Fujitsu seem harder to locate, and seem more expensive, the IPAQs are readily available and seem cheaper...

Please if you can help me out a bit, my plastic flexible fiend is burning a hole in my pocket and screaming out to be abused.

Well i have got a 4150 and would not trade it in for any other PDA atm. Its small has BT and WIFI, it does not have CF but most accessories are coming SD as well now.
