swf to wmv while audio setting

i want to convert swf animation to wmv format which is compatible with my pda, but when i adjust the audio profile, there are only two selections: wma7 and wma8, but i want that audio profile set as mp3. i wonder whether the wmv video format does not support mp3 audio encoder or my conversion program doesn't have that function ?
