MIO P350 locked up

Hi

Hoping someone can help. I have a MITAC MIO P350 that will no longer start up. It gets as far as the MIO screen and will not go any further.

I have turned on and off
Pressed the reset button
Removed and replaced battery connection
Tried without success to connect to my PC

Anything more I can do? the manufacturer does not want to know and can only offer me a trade in.

Have you tried a hard reset?
MiTAC Mio p350 Hard reset - Soft reset hard reset soft reset
