FONIX Voice Dialler + PPC 2003

Hi

I have an SPV M1000 with PPC 2003. I have just tried to install FONIX Voice Dialler and keep getting the error message below, can anyone help.I have read how others are using FONIX and how marvelous it is...They are running PPC 2003, so how have they loaded it...

The errror message reads

...."\windows\AppMgr\Install|FonixVoicedial 2.0 EN.CAB" is not a valid Windows CE Setup file.
