Default Companion CD- HELP!!

I am currently trying to set up my PC bu tthe companion CD does not auto start and I can not get it to run by the usual start>run method - can any one help??

Welcome to our forums.
Is there any visible damage to the data side of the CD? Have you tried it in a nother PC?

there is no damage - I can look at the files on the cd by clicking on the drive in 'my computer', so the disk is readable, it just doesn't start or install anything!!

Can you see the Activesync or Outlook setup files on the CD? If so, will they run?

yeh - managed to do it now - just an issue with getting the bluetooth to talk to each other now, please see Navman forum!!
