imported pda

hi, im new to this forum and also pda's.
i have decided on buying a 2210 and noticed i could save myself about £100 buying an imported version off e-bay, but other than having to buy a 3 pin charger plug are there any other differences or problems i may encounter?
should i just pay up the uk price?
any experiences i'd greatly appreciate your feedback
