Toshiba E350 Problem

Hi,

Im having a slight problem with my 350. I got a desktop cradle for it but it dosent want to connect to my pc. You know when you plug a USB device into an xp computer? it makes a weired sound? I dont get that when i plug it into the pc.

The cradle is brand new. All my USB ports are working. You can plug the charger into the back of the cradle and it still charges the 350

Have you tried it on another PC and are you sure the cradle is 100% working?
