Hi idan,

Yes you can surf the net via Bluetooth with your Ipaq but only if you have another piece of equipment that will connect to the net i.e. a modem, If you have a Bluetooth cell phone that has WAP that will do but it is costly. The Bluetooth is only wireless transport system
