Data transfer from Palm to Windows PDA via iMac

I use a PalmTungsten T. Touch-Screen sensitivity starting to fail on right hand side of screen, so now considering changing to a Windows powered PDA - maybe HP.
Here's my problem:

I back up to an Apple iMac, and need to know if I could transfer all my data from the iMac to the new Windows powered device. Which machines would enable this?

To my knowledge none of them will out of the box, however you should be able to get 3rd party software to do this.
