Question Activesync on Ipaq4150

Hi,
I have a new ipaq4150 and I have set up activesync 3.7.1
I have tried to sync my email (outlook2003) on my desktop pc to the pda.
Everything has synced but the sent items.
I have set up a subfolder in my sent items on the desktop and copied items into it. This folder sync's ok its the top level sent items I need to sync.

any ideas ?

Thanks

Welcome to our forums.
I can't find anything on this problem. Have you tried HP?

Yeah give them a call. I searched a few sites for people having similar problems but couldn't find anything.

Hi Charlie,
Just got off the phone from HP. They tell me the software does not sync the sent items.
as a workaround you have to do the following.
Create a sub-folder in the sent-items.
Create a Rule which automatically copies the sent items into this folder.
Then Sync this folder.

This works but it's a strange way of doing it.

Rick

Certainly is a strange way...at least you know...and so do we now, thanks.
