New to this game

Hi Peeps

i all new to this handheld game but im picking it up slowly and was hoping for some advice.

basically i want a PDA and i want it to be able to do the followinfg things

IRC, MSN, WEB, Wireless, MP3, Movies

and i dont wanna spend more than 200 pounds

any suggestions would be greats!!

also 2 questions

can you update the operating system on a PDA like to latest mobile 2003 or what ever?

is there a movie player that will play your films in landscape?

Welcome to our forums.
You don't mention if you want new or used but I reckon to get a decent PDA with Wifi for less than £200 will pretty much limit you to a used model. Look out for a iPAQ H4150, that's my recommendation. You can get ROM updates normally from the manufacturers website but any major updates would probably need to be paid for. You can get software to allow you to change the screen from portrait to landscape but its not a feature built in to most units, check out www.nyditot.com .

Well i took the plunge and bought a toshiba e400 from ebay got it for 65 quid cause it didnt have a power supply, thanks for your advice
