MS Outlook v ActiveSync - WINNER = ActiveSync

Hello,

When i got Microsoft Outlook and Active Sync running at the same time, MS Outlook always asks me for my email account password (every time i want to do a send/receive) and then never actaully sends or receives. They seem to be conflicting somehow.

Anyone know why ??
