What Pocket PC

Hi all looking for some info on which Pocket pc to get.
I am currently using a Psion MX5.
I would like to be able to sync outlook and run some sort of breif case from my pc to pocket pc so i can work on either machines and easly keep them both upto date rather than remembering which files or folders have been altered and manually tranfering the files from machine to machine.
I would also like this is a pet hate the ability to mege cells in execl i cant stand the fact that when using excel on the pc which has merged cells and loads of formula in it, it all goes to pot when run on my psion.
Blue tooth or Wirless connection Blue tooth prob best.
Also compact flash mem if i can as i have 300meg in compact flash from psion.
Would also preffer it if the battery has some reasonable life on it.
And a USB connection would be nice.
At some point i will be getting some sat-nav as well dont see this as a problem as most seem to use it.

Finally am looking at a budget of about £500.00

Dont no if this is expecting to much have asked people in the shops but with not much joy,
So any help will be much appreciated.
