Palm to Pocket PC

I am in the process of upgrading from a Palm (an ageing, very basic Palm M100) to an iPAQ2210 (just waiting for Postman Pat to deliver it!).

My question is, how easy/difficult is it to transfer my Contacts from the Palm to the iPAQ - or is it a case of entering them manually?
