make sure youve installed all the programs that came with your PDA, i think its activsync that allows a connection through your usb and it will also allow you to connect to the internet.

Welcome to our forums rlh.
You need to enable pssthrough in Activesync on your PC. Click on TOOLS --> OPTIONS --> RULES then and ensure the Pass Through section is set the The Internet and you should be fine.

Charlie
I have just found this site and it seems to speak a language that I can understand. Like rlh I have an HP iPAQ 2200 and I am unable to connect to the Internet. I have selected Internet in the Pass Through section and no luck. I am on NTL broadband and can only connect ActiveSync when connected to the internet. Any ideas please

Thanks for your help Charlie. I turned off Ad Blocking on my Norton Antivirus and away it went. I could reply to this on my PDA, which I think is neat!!
On another topic, maybe you will know why I am able to run music, picture and video files on my computer with Windows Media Player but unable to do the same on the HP 2200 running WMP Series 9. Any ideas please?
