How do I set up my IPAQ 3715 for internet useage?

Hi all, just recently got my Ipaq 3715, with TomTom and so far am very impressed. But can anyone tell me how I set it up for internet useage?

I have a Nokia 7610 with bluetooth, wap etc, on a T-mobile contract. I have tried to look for instructions but no joy as yet.
