Thanks for taking and interest, I've not had the problems you’re having as yet but I did have a little success yesterday when I contacted the HP Instant Chat Support (
http://instantsupport.europe.hp.com) which was quite good. It stated a return in 2mins which took 4 but still I got some answers.
Mind you they eventually said that as my unit was requesting a Full Reset and I had no unusual software on it, there may be a problem with the unit! Joy
I got this because I thought it would help the work load not increase it!
