Default Windows Media Player Help!

I have managed to rip quite a lot of music to a 512MB SD Card (about 240MB). to play on my 2210. The latest batch of CDs that I am trying to rip display the following error message "the directory or file cannot be created". I then ripped the same CD to an XD card without a problem but when I tried to copy across to the SD card I had a similar message. To a technophobe I appears that the SD card is full but I have only used 50% of it's space! Any ideas anyone?

Backup the files you have on the card then format it and try again. It may be corrupt.

Thanks Charlie - worked a treat. is there any advantage / disadvantage using SD / CF for storing music files?

Not really, they both do the same thing essentially.
