WIFI & internet connection

I have just bought a HP IPAQ 5500. I have managed to connect to my home network but can't get an internet connection. I have ticked the Network connects to the internet option and entered my home network details. Am I missing something obvious?

you will need to get the update from hp web site it is h5400_5500 WLAN DRIVER 133 ENG do a serch google hope this helps it works for mine hp 5550 its safe no virus try it out be for you do back up your ipaq just in case it does not then you can revert bact to the befor state

hi there ,im very new to this forum.by the the i would like to ask some questions .im gona buy mda compact and im gona get a wifi card for my mda compact to connect to the internet at my home.i've got aol internet ,and i've connected my computer's through netgear wireless router.so i would like to know that if i buy one wifi card will the internet(2mb broadband) be able to work on my mda compact.There is only 64mb ram in that phone,will it work without any problem.
