Toshiba E400

Well, first of all, I'm a newbie with the PDA scene, the E400 will be my first PDA which I will receive in a couple of days. Now I also want to access internet with it but not just at Wi-Fi points. I have a BlueTooth enabled mobile (Siemens S65) and from what I have read, it is possible to get the connection through the mobile if I buy a BT SD Card. The problem is that I'm not sure I have the money to buy a BT SD so I wanted to know if it is possible to connect the mobile with the PDA through a cable which would send the net signals to the PDA? Or if that's not possible, maybe through IrDA?
