battery life !!

HI all ,
Just got a couple of questions id like clearing up if anyone's got any answers.
Ive just bought a Mia 168 tt3 and noticed u cant replace the batteries when there totally dead and un-rechargable , so what do i have to do if / when this happens ?
Any ideas wot the life cycle of a battery is ? say if it was used 6-7 hrs a day , 5 days a week ?

The battery life cycle is about 300 - 500 charges to 80% capacity depending on its usage and environment.
