Help with buying a Pocket PC!

Ok well I dont know much about these and I am interested in buying one. So I need your help to help me look for the right one for me!

My requirements:
Able to play movies and music.
Connected to the internet (Browse internet, chat w/ msn messenger, send e-mails ect.)

Thats all of I really know of Pocket PCs and what they can do. Im sure they can do more. So if you if you could help me find a pocket pc that fits this despcription then please post! Thanks. Also I would like it to be in the range of 250-400 US DOLLARS thanks!

By what method will you connect to the internet? You can use Wifi which can be built into the PDA or GPRS which requires the use of a Bluetooth enabled mobile phone.
