Can anyone tell me why I can't Install the hang man, jumble word & consentration games to my pocket pc PDA that I got from this site. I get the error after they all start to install that my device is not connected whenit is, any idea's. Are these games pocket pc 2003 compatable. Or may be thay are for a palm system.

They are compatible with 2003. Which PDA do you have, which version of Activesync are you using and also what ROM version is on your PDA?

The info you asked for Charlie, just a thought could the problem be related to the fact that winzip is not a registered vershion. I did down load upto date Trial version but is tells me the valuation period is past. I have unpack other thing though with it.

I forgot to say in previous post that win zip does start to prosess but stop wit the error I mentioned

If winzip is actually halting the extraction when the error is produced then it may indeed the be cause of the problem.

After looking at this again Charlie The software does extract It is the set up that fails this is the report I get....

Extract: netcf.core.ppc3.arm.ini

Extract: netcf.core.ppc3.arm.cab

Extract: detectce.exe

Execute: C:\DOCUME~1\RAYMON~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\detectce.exe

Delete file: C:\DOCUME~1\RAYMON~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\detectce.exe

Unable to detect ce device. Make sure you device is connected and active sync is running.

Any idea's this has the same effect on all 3 Programes mentioned in 1st post

That seems to be your problem. Is it running and connected? What version of Activesync is it?

Yes charlie I am connected have just sycranized with outlook, and my details are as follows....

I Have downloaded zip files before from other sources and not had this problem. weird Ah? Look forward to your or readers comments

This is getting borring there must be some one out there thats had the same probs (See Earlier postings)
Tried downloading these games again Charlie same probs and error messages.
I must be some sad bugger as no one else seems to be downloading these games, if they were I would expect a few more replys.
