Will a magnet effect my iPaq 2210 ???

Hello,
I currently have a BRODIT clip in my car, so that i dont need to screw anythign into my car dash.

Would it be ok if i stuck a magnet onto that clip, then whever i bluetooth TOMTOM through it all i need to do is stick my pda to the magnet.
I want to do it this way instead of screwing a holder into the Brodit clip.

I basically want to know if a magnet will effect my iPaq 2210 at all?

It shouldn't do any harm. Some car mount manufacturers (Carcomm for example) use magnets as the basis for their mounting systems.
