CF into SD adapter for Ipaq 4150

Can anyone please advise a solution that will enable me to read a CF card (from my camera) through the SD slot on my Ipaq? Is there a CF-SD card adaptor available - I've seen a lot going the other way for a CF card but haven't seen any for the SD card. I'm assuming the size difference may be a problem. Is there a multiple card reader that connects through the SD slot? Are there any other devices that connect through the SD slot - I'd really like to be able to access a HDD if possible. Thanks for any help.

Gilesellis, there are really just starting to make SDIO devices, CF has been the main way of connecting different devices to your PDA, am sure this will change in the near future as SD is starting to dominate the market.
