Acer N35...

im wondering if someone can help me.....i know you guys aint selling the Acer N35, but thought you might no the answer to my query...

can you use tom tom software with the inbuilt GPS?? and can u install it on the supplied SD card or is it locked?????

Welcome to our forums.
Yes you can use the TomTom software with the in-built receiver.
There is no card supplied with the TomTom software so I'm not sure what you mean.

well, the package says u get the N35 and a 256MB SD Card with the Destinator software installed on it.

Ah, you should be able to load the TomTom sfotware but you would need to remove the Destinator software first to make space. I wouldn't imagine the card would be locked in any way.

i think ill give the destinator software a chance, but its had a few bad reviews...where as tomtom is good old reliable!

put a 1gig memory card in it and you can have both destinator and tom tom and still have space for some mp3's to listen to, thats what i did
