Angry Problems with ActiveSync
When I runn activesync it does not find my 6340 I have tried uninstallng / re-installing 3.8 but when I try to create a partnership no of the options in file , veiw or tools are available they are all "greyed out" does anyone have any ideas.

No my previous IPaq 3870 was working with 3.5, I have installed 3.8 at work using it with the 6340 and it works fine !

This issue is now also sorted, it was zone alarm that was blocking the PDA

Cool, firewall or antivirus is normally the culprit.
