 Acer n30 zip files
Is there any software similar to winzip suitable for pocket pc. I am currently using an Acer n30 with bluetooth clip on GPS receiver and Mapsource mapping software. I wish to download maps to the pocket pc and although a small map loads from pc to acer fairly quickly a full map will take about 13 hours! I have SD memory cards and a usb reader/writer so I can dowload direct to the card then install the card on the Acer. So heres the point of this rambling thread. Is there any winzip or similar to speed up the process ie compress the file and unzip it on the Acer. Or can I send the map to an XP Compressed (zipped) folder then send to SD card - will the acer unzip it?
