Bluetooth - where can I find an idiots guide

Just bought a blue tooth dongle and while I managed to get both my laptop and home desktop to recognise the pocket PC I have not been successful in getting Active Sync to work via Blue Tooth, nor to get the Pocket PC to connect to the Internet via the desktop's broadband connection via blue tooth.

Is there anywhere I could go on the internet to find step by step instructions.
