Default Ipaq RX3715 Filestore??

Hi all,

I received a Ipaq rx3715 for christmas, so i'm a bit new to this PDA lark and need some info.

I have read the manual and it says not to let you PDA discharge fully as you will lose information which is store on its main memory. Now I understand that Ipaqs have this filestore function which stops you from losing and information if it discharges.

What I wanted to know is, when you make appointments in your diary and add contacts do these save onto the main memory or filestore?? It would be great if it was filestore as it would be a useful backup. There is no option that I can see that lets you choose where you want to save.

Hope someone can shed some light!!

Thanks
Carlo

Thats type of data is stored in main memory. You can access the iPAQ File Store through File Explorer so you can copy file to there for safe keeping. Alternativley, use an external memory card and use iPAQ Backup from the Programs list.
