128Mb+ PDAs?

There don't seem to be many PDAs that come with 128Mb RAM as standard. I'm looking for a PocketPC2003 device. Fujitsu do a LOOX model, and I think HP have one too.
Does anyone know of any other manufacturers/makes that have 128Mb as standard?
Is there any website that lets me compare different models and filter by spec?

Welcome to our forums.
The HP iPAQ rx3715, 5550 and hx4700 are all 128mb models, can't find any DELLs with 128mb though. I don't know anywhere that lists all that are available to compare side by side.
