Question Looking for feedback on AGENDA software (to replace Pocket pC OUTLOOK)

Has anyone tried out Pocket Informant and/or Agenda Fusion instead of the Pocket PC packaged Outlook?? If so which one's better?... Did anyone have a Psion before? and is either of the 2 programmes as good (or better) than the AGENDA that Psion used?
Would really love to hear from you on the subject...

Hi Gatget freak, i've just installed the Pocket informant 5 to my ipaq 4350 - its a good program. with 55 pages of instructions to read i reckon i'll be fluent in about - say 6 months. it integrates all the various functions in one package - very flexible and functional. get a trial version - think it works for 10 days and you'll see by then if you like it. bit steep on price - usd 35 in uk incl vat.
yes i had a psion, 3/5/5mx - very sad nobody continued it. my screen was about to go hence the need for an ipaq. Difficult to say if PI5 is better before i know it better, but i have not found the search facilities which the psion have, where f.inst you can list all birthdays, holidays, etc for anyone within any timeframe with a click or two. it might still be in there ....

Hi Sveinb
thanks for your reply, it was useful to hear from an ex Psion user!... I went for PI just after I bought the IPAQ and have found it to be very good!
There are various methods of searching for stuff (not quite as user friendly as good old Psion, but not bad and quite detailed)...
In case you haven't fiddled as much as I have: You can assign a category to almost any entry and then use the filter to search, or the specific search engine is good (when you sort out the correct parameters; which is a bit of a pain). I have found that some entries seem to move themselves and get lost at times... this could be a fault of my individual IPAQ I suppose, but can be $*&&£^ infuriating!!
Anyway, thanks again... Gadget freak

Hi Gadget Freak
Thanks yours - yes getting my way around it - slowly. its an almost infuriatingly sophisticated program.
I've had the same problem - entries have moved. only hours but when you're SURE your appointment was at 8pm my date would be pretty fed up with me showing up at 9 - good job i still have a brain (albeit bit sludgy these days ...)
